Creating a new tab group in Chrome and Edge browserĪ new tab group will be created with a colored circle icon to the left of the tab. To create a tab group, right-click on a tab that you to group and select the ‘Add to New Group’ option from the context menu. Start browsing and open a few tabs to see this feature in full action. When you relaunch/restart your browser, there won’t be any noticeable changes. So to that end, it’s implementation and usage is very simple. The Tab Groups feature is very sophisticated and has been created to ease the user experience. Then click on the Restart button at the bottom of the screen to restart the browser and enable ‘Tab Groups’ feature in Edge. When you see the ‘Tab Groups’ flag on screen, click on the drop-down menu next to it and select Enabled. You can also directly type or paste edge://flags/#tab-groups in the address bar and hit enter to find the experimental flag quickly. Then click on the ‘Search Flags’ box and type ‘Tab Groups’. Go to the address bar, type edge://flags and press enter. If you’re using the new Chromium-based Microsoft Edge, you can enable ‘Tab Groups’ feature in it as well. The Keyboards have been placed on the Top Staffs of each Section (against my preference), but the 8va will not display properly unless done so (sorry).Source: How to Enable and Use Tab Groups in Chrome and Microsoft Edge – All Things How Keyboard Notes - I have included the little "one-note thing" during the Verses (Theme B), but have turned them way down in the Mix, as they are a bit annoying when listening to the Guitar parts.

Guitar VI is added for enhancement purposes, mainly Sound Balance. I have tried to Transcribe the "Studio" Version of "Total Mass Retain" here, though Steve seems to vary his Fret Positions through this Section, just by viewing "Yessongs" and "Keys to Ascension", it varies, but nothing major. Steve Howe is all over the place (!!) during the Middle Verses (mea 32-45).

The Bass Line was (and still is) a true Squire original. The Bass Notes are played seldom (shaping an A Minor Chord), and sporadically (leaving plenty of room for Howe and Vocalist Jon Anderson), but give the Song a very agressive feel, at a time (1972) when Rock & Jazz Bass Players were exploring 50 Notes per Measure, Chris Squire simply said, "Let's try this".

This is very basic (for YES, that is), but it does contain all of the Various Themes from "Close to the Edge" (the Song), which makes it very unique I suppose.Īside from the droning "in your face", triplet-8ths Electic Sitar rhythm which Steve Howe lays down, the Bass Line is probably the most memorable parts of this (or any) YES Song. Part Two of the Epic 19 Minute "Close to the Edge", "Total Mass Retain" was also the B-Side of YES' "America" Single, and with an extra "I Get Up, I Get Down" Chorus tagged onto the beginning of the Single-Edit Version.
